Rob Bernat is a Project Manager with Metso, where he oversees complex initiatives that support operational excellence and long-term growth. Before joining Metso, Rob served as a Business Development Manager for a construction firm, playing a key role in expanding the company’s reach into the mining sector and establishing new opportunities in a competitive market.

After relocating to Prince George, Rob transitioned into the manufacturing industry, working as a welder and fabricator for a custom sawmill equipment company that sold their equipment to a global market. This hands-on experience strengthened his technical understanding of industrial processes and equipment, laying a solid foundation for his later project leadership roles.
