Ulko Contractors is a Prince George owned and operated business that provides General Contracting and construction services in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial Sector in the north. The backgrounds of the ownership of the company come from years of working in various construction sectors from single to multi family dwellings, infrastructure and mining projects, commercial buildings, and mill construction. We've taken those years of experience and learning and used them to forge what our company is today. We are licensed home builders, carry new home warranty as well as we are part of the Canadian Home builders association and the Northern Regional Construction association. We are also members of the Home Performance Contractor network certification program for Retrofits and renovations on existing homes.
